Sixgear is a brand that represents excellent quality and innovation in the motorcycle leather and textile apparel market.
Each of our products is designed to meet the real needs of motorcyclists, incorporating the latest technologies and design solutions. The designs are created by our talented young designers, who collaborate with an experienced team of motorcycle experts.
Using state-of-the-art 3D software, we simulate how different materials and layers behave, considering various body types and heights of motorcyclists, ensuring a comfortable and safe fit in any situation.
Before going into mass production, our products undergo thorough testing, guaranteeing the highest level of reliability. Thanks to the most advanced technological solutions, Sixgear apparel will soon be available on store shelves, offering motorcyclists premium quality and maximum protection.
The way of Sixgear products to the stores:
Motorcycle gear is constantly evolving, and we always think ahead. We follow trends, street styles, and racing influences to create apparel that offers both protection and style. Innovation drives us—by the time a new jacket or glove hits the shelves, we're already working on an even better version.
In the first phase of design, we create multiple concepts, allowing creativity to flow freely. This is the most artistic stage, where we experiment with hand-drawn sketches and painted ideas. Our goal is to ensure that every final piece offers both protection and a unique look for riders.
The best ideas are transformed into vector graphics, with detailed pattern designs and precise scaling. Using digital tools, we define placements, layering, and technical details before importing everything into 3D modeling software.
At this stage, we bring our designs to life with realistic simulations, testing how they fit different body types and move in various riding positions. We set material properties, determine protector placements, and ensure every piece is both comfortable and perfectly fitted.
The final designs are sent to production, and once the prototypes arrive, we thoroughly inspect them. We test size accuracy, material quality, and stitching strength. If everything meets our high standards, it’s only a matter of months before the gear is available for riders.
